Reflecting on Camino Farewells
Leaving the festival village behind, it's back on the Camino. When I began this journey, I heard a story about someone retracing their steps to reunite with a missed loved one after reaching Santiago.
Now, that story makes perfect sense.
There were these tow American guys whom I didn't really interact with much; we'd just exchange greetings whenever we crossed paths. I heard they were catching a bus due to time constraints, so they mentioned today would be our last chance to see each other. Oddly enough, upon hearing this news, I found myself already missing them, despite our limited connection.
This experience made me realize just how deeply emotional humans are, and how even seemingly insignificant interactions can play a significant role in forming relationships, beyond mere conversations.
This morning, we encountered two older Koreans. It struck me how age-appropriate companionship can also hold importance. I hope they discover their own path and direction as their journey unfolds. Bless them!
I felt a sense of relaxation after a long while, chatting with Brad's frined. He was really laid-back.
It's astounding to realize just how many increadible people there are in the world.
